Description: | Transitional Coach
Caring individual needed to work with DCF adolescent females in PASS Group Homes in both our Wolcott and Plainville locations. The Floater may also cover shifts at our Community Based Life Skills Program, or at the SAIL program in Bristol. .
This is a FULL-TIME position
The schedule for this position is written in advance to provide coverage for gaps in the group home schedules | Duties: | Duties include behavior management, counseling, life skill and vocational instruction, role modeling, report writing, crisis intervention and recreation.

1 year experience working with Adolescents |
